摘　　要：目的探讨巴曲酶对急性脑梗死患者D-二聚体的动态影响及意义。方法选取30例急性脑梗死患者．给予巴曲酶治疗，动态监测血D一二聚体（D—D）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、血小板计数（plt）。结果给予巴曲酶治疗后。D—D于1—3d升高最明显，1周后恢复正常，而胛、plt无明显变化。结论巴曲酶使脑梗死患者纤溶活性增强，巴曲酶治疗脑梗死疗效高、安全性好。Objective To study the effect and meaning of batroxobin on D - D in the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Thirty cases of acute cerebral infarction were given batroxotion. In the course, the levels of D - D,PT and pit were measured. Results After treatment, the levels of D - D reached the apex after about one to three days,recovered in the end of one week, but PT and pit did not exhibit a significant response. Conclusion Batroxobin can enhance the fibrinolytic system in the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Batroxobin is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
