拓展训练在基层军官疗养中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨拓展训练在基层军官疗养中的应用效果。方法将前来疗养的基层军官654人,随机分为两组。拓展训练组358人,传统疗养组296人。拓展训练组进行拓展训练,传统疗养组按传统疗养模式疗养。两组在疗养前后分别进行SCL-90的测查,并与中国军人常模进行比较。结果拓展训练后的SCL-90结果均有下降,尤以躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、偏执、强迫、精神病性差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05);传统疗养后SCL-90结果均低于疗养前,尤以躯体化、焦虑、偏执、阳性项目数、总分的差异显著(P<0.05);拓展训练后的SCL-90结果低于传统疗养后,以躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、偏执、阳性项目数、总分的差异非常显著(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论拓展训练改善基层疗养军官心理健康水平效果显著。Objective To study the effect of development training in basic-level officer recuperation. Methods 654 ofricers at base-level during the recuperation were divided into 2 groups： development training group of 358 and traditional recuperation group of 296. A total of 654 officers at base-level was randomly Selected. SCL-90 in the beginning and at the end of development training was tested and compared with traditional recuperation. Results SCL-90 result： After training, all dimensions＇ scores of SCL-90 were decreased. The score of development training group in somatization, interpersonal, anxiety, paranoid ideation, obsessive-compulsive, psychoticism was significantly lower than those before training（ P （ 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. After traditional recuperation all dimensions＇ scores were lower too, the scores were obviously lower in somatization, anxiety, paranoid ideation, positive objects and general symptomatic than those before recuperation（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of development training group were significantly lower than traditional recuperation. Group in somatization, interpersonal, anxiety, paranoid ideation, positive objects and general symptomatic（ P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Development training improved mental health of basic-level officer.
