摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺癌手术后皮瓣坏死的原因及防治措施。方法:通过对147例乳腺癌术后发生皮瓣坏死的38例进行分析,并比较前后两个时期发生率。分析其发生原因及防治方法。结果:后期皮瓣坏死发生率明显减少。结论:乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死与多种因素有关,通过针对其原因的各措施能减少皮瓣坏死的发率,从而提高手术效果,利于肿瘤的综合治疗。Objective To analyse the causes of skin flap necrosis postmastomy and its treatment. Method 38 patients with skin flap necrosis among 147 patientsof postmastectomy were analysed and compared the instance at 2 peroids in order to explore the reasons and the treatment. Results The instance of the late period is remarkably lower than that in the early one. Conclusion Many factors involve the formation of skin flap necorosis postmastectomy ,preventions above can decrease the instance,improve the effectiveness of surgery , and can be useful for the comprehensive therapy of breast cancer.
