100例首发精神分裂症住院患者亲属的健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解首发精神分裂症住院患者亲属的健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)作为评定工具对100例首发精神分裂症患者亲属进行测评,同时选取100例正常人作为对照组,进行对照研究。结果研究组各因子得分高于对照组各因子得分,两组各因子比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论首发精神分裂症住院患者的亲属常处于高度紧张状态,其躯体化、焦虑、抑郁及人际关系敏感等不良心理状况明显,对其进行心理疏导,帮助其消除各种顾虑,提高其心理素质是十分必要的。Objective To investigate the health state of the 100 relatives of inpatients with first-onset schizophreria. Methods All the 100 relatives of inpatients with first-onset schizophreria were evaluate with SCL- 90. At the same time,100 healthy people were selected for the comparative research. Results The study group got higher scores than the control group, there were some significant differences between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The relatives of the inpatients with non-relapse schlzophreria are always in a highly nervious situation, they have obvious unhealthy mental conditions with body, anxiety,.depression and relationship sensitivity. It＇s necessary to dredge with them to dispel all kinds of misgivings and raise their mental quality.
