摘 要:采用定点的方法,对自然干旱条件下茶树生理生化日变化进行了研究。结果表明,在自然干旱条件下,茶树的生理功能下降,茶树的生理功能指标叶绿素含量、新梢的含水量、根系活力、单位体积的根重较正常情况下降低了 15.6%、6.0%、24.1%、20.6%,而百芽重却上升了9.5%; 茶树生化成分有升有降,氨基酸、咖啡碱含量下降0.5%、 0.7%,而茶多酚、水浸出物上升了2.7%、1.4%。另外对暖冬对茶树影响研究得到,茶树根系活力、根重、叶绿素含量上升了19.3%、6.3%、13.1%,而百芽重下降了18.6%;茶叶的生化成分有升有降,茶叶水浸出物、氨基酸、咖啡碱下降4.27%、0.34%、0.24%,而茶多酚上升5.32%,但茶园的生物量增加,特别是有害生物增加和出现频率高。Fixed site researches were conducted to study the daily variation of physiological and biochemical of tea under natural arid condition. It was found that the physiological function of tea decreased under nature arid condition. The chlorophyll content, new top moisture, root vigor , root weight decreased by 15.6 %, 6.0%, 24. 1%, 20. 6%, but the bud weight increased by 9. 5% . The biochemical components of tea decreased or increased. The amino acids, caffeine decreased by 0..5% , 0.7% and tea polyphenols , water extraction increased by 2.7 %, 1.4%. Under warm winter condition, the root vigor, root weight, chlorophyll content increased by 19. 3%, 6.3%, 13.1% , but the bud weight decreased by 18.6% ; the biochemical components of tea decreased or increased. The water extraction, amino acids, caffeine decreased by 4.27% , 0. 34%, 0. 24% , but the tea polyphenols increased by 5.32% . The biological capacity increased in tea garden, and especially increased and appeared frequency of maleficence was high.
