关于建立篮球后备人才培养新体系的探讨

摘　　要：抓好人才培养和梯队建设,是中国篮球可持续发展的关键。后备人才匮乏、体制改革的深化、篮球市场的发展,都迫切需要构建篮球后备人才培养的新体系。新体系的主要内容是:以学校———职业队为主渠道的多渠道、多层次、多元参与的培养途径;以赛促练、练赛结合的多样化培养形式;科学、系统、全面、“三从一大”的训练原则;开放而规范的人才选拔、聘用、交流机制,还要重视人才培养的基础,人才成长的环境等问题。Paying attention of training talented people and steps construction are the key of China basketball＇s continual development. Being lack of talented people, deepening of system reformation and development of basketball market all need to establish new system of training basketball talented people urgently. Things below are the main contents of new system： Training path of complex ways, levels and participants based on school-professional team. Complex training forms based on combining match, practice and study. Scientific, systemic, comprehensive and Three Follows, One Bigness＇s training principle.Open and canonical organization of talented people choosing, recruiting, communicating. Furthermore, the basis of training talented people and the environment of growing up of talented people should also be focused on.
