外语人才的培养目标与培养模式同步论——以水产贸易外语人才为例

摘　　要：完善培养目标和培养模式之间的同步关系,对加速培养合格的外语人才起重要作用。针对我国海洋经济发展对水产品贸易外语人才需求,提出培养模式内部进行阶段性短周期反馈方式,使培养目标与培养模式得以较好地同步,此外还探讨了两大能力培养模块之间耦合的处理策略。Establishing an ideal synchronous system of cultivation target and mode is a key to accelerating the development of the qualified talents of foreign languages. Based on the talent requirement of our national ocean economic development in the fishery trade, this article offers some approaches to short periodic feedback of phases through the cultivation, which makes the target and the cultivation work synchronously. Besides, the article also discusses the strategies handling the relationship between the two aspects of the mode of the cultivation.
