宁肠汤对肠易激综合征大鼠血清细胞因子作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心理应激诱导的肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠免疫功能的变化及宁肠汤的调节作用。方法以慢性束缚应激+夹尾刺激作为复合应激原复制IBS大鼠模型,采用放免法检测模型大鼠血清细胞因子IL-1β、IL-2含量,观察宁肠汤对肠运动功能和免疫功能的调节作用。结果慢性束缚应激+夹尾刺激作为心理应激原诱导的IBS大鼠免疫功能抑制,血清细胞因子IL-1β含量升高,IL-2含量降低(P<0.01)。而宁肠汤能降低模型大鼠血清IL-1β含量,升高IL-2含量,有效提高其免疫功能,调节肠运动功能。结论心理应激诱导IBS大鼠免疫功能抑制,宁肠汤有一定的调节作用。Objective To investigate the regulation of Ning Chang Decoction on immunological function of stressed IBS rats. Methods The stressed IBS rat model was made by chronic bandaged- stress and inserting the end. RIA was adopted to measure the level of IL - 1β,IL - 2 in serum of stressed IBS rats. The regulation of Ning Chang Decoction was observed.Results Stress increased the level of serum IL-1β and decreased the level of serum IL- 2 （ P 〈 0.01 ）, which suggested that the immumologieal function of stressed IBS rats was inhibited. While Ning Chang Decoction could decrease IL- 1β and increase IL - 2 in serum of stressed IBS rats. Conclusion Ning Chang Decoction could improve the immunological function of stressed IBS rats.
