摘 要:采用均匀实验法优化出用微波辅助法从米糠中提取菲丁的工艺条件.实验结果表明,微波辅助浸提法较传统的浸提法在产品质量和收率上均有明显提高,浸提时间短.优选出的较佳工艺条件为:加水量3 mL、微波功率100 W、微波辐射时间1 min、浸提时间5 min、脱色微波功率100 W、脱色时间41 min、溶剂v(HCl)∶v(H2O)=3∶197.在较佳工艺条件下,菲丁含量达86.13%,提取率达91.87%.通过验证实验表明,所建立的数学模型是合理的.The optimization process of microwave-assisted extraction for phytin from rice bran is gained by the uniform design . The experiment result shows that quality and yield of product by this method is better than by traditional extraction, and extraction time is much shorter than before. The best optimization process is obtained as follows: 3:20 as the proportion of water to material, 100 W as the microwave power, 1 min as the radiation time, 5 min as the extraction time, 100W as the microwave power on decolorization, 41 min as the decolorization time and v(HCI) : v (H20) = 3 : 197 as the solvent. Under this optimal condition, content of phytin is 86.13 %, rate of extraction is 91.87%. The established models prove to be reasonable by the verification experiment.
