摘　　要：粗集理论主要基于集合近似的概念,给出了知识划分和规则提取的一套方法,主要有不可分辨类的数据划分定义、上下近似和相对正区域求解方法、最小决策规则生成等。针对粗集中这些重要理论,文章主要介绍开发粗集理论原型系统的设计要求、系统组成以及实现粗集理论中相关算法理论依据,并包含有通用数据库接口,因此有着一定的应用价值。The rough set theory has some important notions such as the classification based on the indiscernible relation and approximate set, which induce to positive of region. Therefore, some methods about getting decision-making from the information system are introduced based on the rough set theory. How to design the experimenting system of rough set is introduced in this paper. By analyzing it, the system of rough set data mining （named RSDM） is constructed by the five important modules including the realizations about the indiscernible relation, the positive of region, the decision- making and the distinctive table of decision system, which can computer the reductions and the core. The interface of database by ADO is introduced in this system, which can put more valuable applications in future.
