摘　　要：重点讨论了在生产过程中如何应用6σ过程控制方法,最后以3种型号的传感器为例,详细介绍了如何进行关键工艺的量化控制,实践证明该方法使传感器的性能有了明显提高。The problem of how to apply 6σ quality control policy to production is discussed with an emphasis on. At last, this paper takes three types of sensors as an example to introduce how to measure working procedures with definite quantity. The experiment proves this method greatly enhances the quality of pressure sensor.
