摘  要:目的:针对位于根尖方向的水平阻生上颌切牙的矫治,采用新设计的人工支点(国家专利号200520098473.6)以控制阻生切牙的移动并观察邻牙牙根吸收情况。方法:收集有水平方向(近远中方向)上颌阻生切牙病例3人。阻生牙均位于邻牙牙根方向。直丝弓矫治器治疗。外科手术开窗暴露切牙部分牙冠,将人工支点置于牙颈部或牙冠某一部分。牙冠处加力牵引。结果:水平阻生切牙以人工支点为移动中心而移动至正常位置,邻牙牙根无吸收现象。结论:人工支点在矫治复杂的水平阻生上颌切牙应用成功,是一个积极的具有广阔前景的治疗手段。Objective: To evaluate the treatment of horizontal impacted incisors by the newly designed artificial fulcrum, and to observe the position of the incisors and the nearby roots absorption. Methods: Three cases of impacted incisors (three incisors) were treated with the straight wire appliance. After surgical exposure of the incisor, the steel wire (artificial fulcrum) was placed in crown or CRE of the impacted tooth and then traction to the crown was applied. During the treatment, panoranmic photos were taken to evaluate the positions of the teeth and roots absorption nearby. Results. All three impacted incisors were in normal position, and there were no neighbor roots absorption. Conclusion: The application of the newly designed artificial fulcrum is effective in the treatment of complex impacted incisors.
