摘  要:目的:研究慢性荨麻疹患者的红细胞CR1分子数量及其活性,探讨红细胞天然免疫在慢性荨麻疹发病机制中的作用。方法:用流式细胞仪分别检测23例正常人及22例慢性荨麻疹患者红细胞表面CR1分子数量;测定新鲜血对肿瘤细胞的快速天然免疫反应(肿瘤红细胞花环率)。结果:与正常对照相比,慢性荨麻疹患者红细胞CR1分子数量增加及肿瘤红细胞花环率升高(P<0.05),且两者间无相关性。结论:红细胞CR1分子数量增加及其活性的增强可能是慢性荨麻疹天然免疫反应能力亢进和紊乱的基础。红细胞天然免疫对体液免疫和细胞免疫的调控失衡,从而使三者共同参与了慢性荨麻疹的发病。Objectives: To measure the expression and the activity of CR1 (i. e., CD35) on erythmcytes and to explore the possible role of autarcetic function of the erythrocyte in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria. Methods: The expression of CR1 on erythmcytes was measured by flow cytometer and the rapid autarcetic reaction (rose rate of erythrocytes adhering to cancer cells) was counted after adding reagents to fresh venous bloods in 22 patients with urticaria and 23 normal controls. Results: Compared with the normal controls, rose rate of erythmcytes adhering to cancer cell and the expression of CR1 on erythmcytes were higher ( P 〈 0.05) in patients with urticaria, but no correlation between the expression of CR1 and the rose rate was found ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions: The overexpression of CR1 on erythmcytes and their enhanced activity might be the basis of hypeffunction and disoider of the autarcetic function of erythrocytes in chronic urticaria. The disturbance of erythmcyte autarcetic function regulating the cell mediated immunity and humoral immunity may result in the occurrence of chronic urticaria.
