视知觉学习训练对海洛因依赖者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨视知觉学习训练能否改善海洛因依赖者的认知功能以及知觉学习影响海洛因依赖者认知功能的可能作用机制。方法将63例海洛因依赖者随机分为实验组(n=33)和对照组(n=30),对实验组进行10天的视知觉学习训练,对照组不参加此训练,用临床记忆量表和划消测试分别在实验前后对此两组进行认知评定并计算各组的差值,比较两组前后差值,了解视知觉学习训练能否改善海洛因依赖者的认知功能。结果参加视知觉训练后,记忆功能检测中,实验组的MQ值、自由回忆、无意义图形再认和人像特点的提高幅度均高于对照组(P<0.01)指向记忆、联想记忆亦有提高(P<0.05);注意力测试在划消1、划消3和划消4的提高幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05);说明参加视知觉学习的海洛因依赖者,其认知功能均有改善。结论视知觉学习训练可以促进认知功能康复的进程,推测其机理是此训练重新调整了吗啡依赖的神经可塑性。Objective To investigate wether the perceptual learning can improve the drug abuser＇s cognition or not, and the mechanism of how the perceptual learning affect the drug abuser＇s cognition. Methods 63 drug abuser were divided into 2 groups randomly ,one is experimental group（ n=33 ）, another is matched control group（ n = 30） ; The experimental group took part in perceptual learning for 10 days, and the matched controls didn＇t at the begning and end of the experiment,judged the cognition by the clinical memory scale and delete number scale. Calculated the difference of the two groups＇ score;to investigate weather perceptual learning can improve the drug abuser＇s cognition or not. Results After perceptual learning, to the memory testing, the enhancement of experimental group＇s MQ, Free recall, Image pattern recognization and Portrait characteristics were higher than the controls＇（ P 〈0. 01 ） ,Directional memory and Associative study are beth（ P 〈0. 05 ） ; Testing the attentional ability, the enhancement of score of experimental group＇s Delete number scale 1, Delete number scale 3 and Delete number scale 4 were higher than the controls＇ （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The cognitions of drug abuser are impaired,it is a long period that the impairments recover to the normal level; the perceptual training could speed up recovering the cognition in progress, the mechanism is assumed that perceptual training can adjust the neuroplasticity of dependence on morphine again.
