摘  要:叶面喷施生物源ABA能有效提高茄苗的抗冷性。与此同时,ABA能有效减缓低温胁迫过程中茄苗叶片的SOD活性和GSH含量的降低,以及MDA的积累,促进脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量增加,使AsA含量保持在相对稳定的水平。The effects of natural ABA on chilling resistance and some physiological indexes in eggplant seedling ( Suqi 1 ) were investigated. The results showed that ABA could effectively enhance the ability of eggplant seedling resistance to low temperature stress. Meanwhile, ABA could remarkbly delay the decrease of SOD activities and GSH content as well as the increase of MDA content in the leaves of eggplant seedling during low temperature stress. On the other hand, ABA could effectively promote the increasing of contents of proline and soluble sugar in the leaves of eggplant seedling during low temperature stress. The AsA content was maintained a steady level in leaves of eggplant seedling by ABA-treatment.
