摘　　要：随着高校办学规模的日益扩大,学生人数的增加,高校学生就业压力将越来越大。毕业生就业情况的好坏将直接影响学校生源质量以及学校的生存和发展。文章通过对高校就业指导工作现状的分析,以提高毕业生就业率为目标,提出了大学生就业指导应全程化,建立了大学生就业指导全程化体系,并阐述了全程化的内容及必备条件。Along with students increasing and the enlargement of university scales, the employment opportunities become fewer and fewer. It will influence the quality of new students, as well as universities existing and developing. In this paper the advice is given that the work of employment counseling for college students should be a full process, through analyzing the current situation of employment. Some countermeasures of that are put forward in order to improve employment rate of the college student.
