摘　　要：数字图书馆是信息时代图书馆发展的必然趋势,本文在分析中国水利水电科学研究院图书馆馆藏资源的基础上,通过数字图书馆建设实践,探讨了在现代网络环境下,水利数字图书馆建设的构架模式,并在水利图书、期刊文献的分类建库、数字化加工实践中,提出适合水利科技文献管理查询的图书、期刊数据库表结构标识符、数字化加工的技术流程和质量控制标准,建立了基于网络体系的图书资源管理信息系统,实现了图书资源基于Internet/Intranet的共享服务。The development of digital libraries is one of the trends in the information era. This paper analyzes the book resouces in the library of China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research and studies the feasibility of establishing a framework of digital library, based on modern internet environment. The structure and identifiers about books and journals databases, the digitized processing method and quality control standards for the framework are worked out. Subsequently, a management information system of the digital library has been formulated. Service sharing would be realized on the basis of internet and intranet.
