从引文分析看高师理科教师科研信息需求

摘　　要：用引文分析方法,通过对湛江师范学院理科专业教师近两年发表论文的参考文献进行统计分析,归纳出高师理科教师科研信息需求的5个特点.认为高师图书馆只有实行学科馆员制度,加强与教师的沟通,搞好文献资源建设,提供个性化的信息服务,才能最大限度地满足理科教师科研的信息需求.The paper proposed five characteristics of information requirement of teachers of science in normal colleges by citation analysis on references of the academic papers published by the teachers will senior professional titles, and conduded that the libray could meet the information requirements of the teachers of science if it has subject librarian system, strengthens communication with teachers,does the references construction well and prorides isdividualzed information service.
