摘　　要：在阐述了高技术虚拟企业的特征及其知识联盟形成原因的基础上,分析了影响高技术虚拟企业知识联盟协同效应的3个参数,即成员贡献、成员密切度和联盟潜力;并提出了通过发掘贡献源可以夯实战略联盟的基础,通过增强密切度可以为联盟各方的合作创造一个良好的氛围,通过创造新远景可以为联盟提供方向与激励。Based on the characters of high-tech virtual enterprises and the forming reasons of their knowledge alliances,this paper analyzes the three parameters influencing the coordination effect of high-tech virtual enterprises＇ knowledge alliances. That is member contribution,member＇ s degree of intimation and alliances＇ potentiality. This paper also puts forward that we can consolidate the strategy alliances＇ foundation through exploring contribution fountainhead,create good atmosphere for cooperation of every part in alliances through enhancing the degree of intimation and provide directions and encouragement for alliance through creating new distant view.
