摘　　要：企业为实现可持续发展,应该将企业的内外部资源纳入企业资源系统的序化管理体系。运用系统理论和热力学熵理论,建立企业资源系统的序化管理模型,序化管理思想为企业资源的管理和企业可持续发展的研究,提供了可借鉴的思路。All sorts of recourses of enterprise are supposed to be counted inside the order management system of enterprise resource system for sustainable development. With the help of the system theory and the entropy theory in thermodynamics, the thesis aims to construct the order management model to analyze the enterprise resource system. The thesis also supplies with more methodologies for the management of enterprise resources and the researches on enterprises,sustainable development.
