摘  要:目的研究亚高温盆腔区域热疗致大鼠膀胱肿瘤形态学改变。方法制备原位的大鼠膀胱肿瘤动物模型,用内生场热疗系统从体外加热大鼠盆腔至41℃,热疗后对肿瘤进行病理研究。结果电镜观察短期组有早期凋亡细胞出现;长期组凋亡细胞和凋亡小体多见。肿瘤细胞HSP70表达率短期组中热疗组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而长期组中差异无统计学意义。PCNALI热疗组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。AI热疗组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论亚高温盆腔区域热疗抑制肿瘤细胞增生,诱导凋亡,长期热疗未导致热耐受。Objective To explore the effectiveness on orthotopic rat bladder tumor treated by noninvasive pelvic cavity regional moderate hyperthermia, and study the morphologic changes of the tumor. Methods F344 rats were instilled with MNU transurethrally once every other week for 6 times. A rat pelvic was heated to 41℃ and persisted an hour by NRL-001I Double RF Tumor Hyperthermia System. The pathologic changes of tumor were detected by electron microscopy anti light microscope respectively. Results Electronmierescopy indicated that there were some viable apoptotic ceils in short-term group. Apoptotic ceils and apoptotic bodies were seen frequently in long-term gronp. The ratio of HSP70 positive cells of heated groups in short-term was significantly higher than that of control (P 〈0.01). Nevertheless there were non-significant differences in long-term group. PCNA LI of tumor ceils of heated groups were significantly lower than that of control (P 〈0.01). Al of tumor cells of heated groups were significantly higher than that of control (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Non-invasive pelvic cavity regional moderate hyperthermia could inhibit the proliferation of tumor ceils and induce apoptosis of tumor cells. Heat tolerance of tumor ceils were not emerged in the long-term group.
