摘　　要：谷氨酰胺是一种条件性必需氨基酸,随着对谷氨酰胺研究的深入,大多数实验证明,在肿瘤治疗过程中,补充谷氨酰胺,可以减轻放化疗引起的毒副作用,增强对肿瘤治疗的选择性,提高机体免疫功能。在肿瘤治疗中补充谷氨酰胺是安全有效的,具有良好的应用前景。Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid. With the further researches on Glutamine, most of the studies demonstrated that glutamine supplements may reduce the severity of side effects and increases the selectivity of therapy for the tumor in oncology therapy while enhancing immune function. Glutamine supplements is safe and effective in cancer therapy, having a good application prospect.
