摘  要:简要评述了近20年来电弧炉炼钢技术的发展趋势并将其归纳为4个方面,即改进供电系统、多元化的能量利用技术、主原料多样化及加强环保措施。基于宝钢的实践与认识,讨论了直流电弧炉的某些技术点,包括电能质量、电极消耗及底电极技术等,特别就近期直流电弧炉受冷遇的原因作了较详细的分析。The trend of electric arc furnace steelmaking technology development in the recent 20 years is introduced in four aspects including improvement of power supply system, multiplication of energy source, and iron bearing raw materials, and improvement in environment protection. On the basis of the practices and recognitions at Baosteel, some technical points of DC furnace are discussed including power quality, electrode consumption and bottom electrode technology. Furthermore, the reason why the construction of DC furnaces in the world has been decreased is analyzed.
