一种植物消毒剂杀菌效果及毒性试验观察

摘　　要：为研究一种含天然植物活性成分消毒剂的杀菌性能及其毒性,采用悬液定量杀菌试验、现场消毒试验和动物毒性试验方法进行了观察。结果,以含73.6 g/L乳酸、7 g/L植物精油的该植物消毒剂溶液,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用15 m in,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。以该消毒剂原液喷雾湿润桌面并作用10 m in,对桌面上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.85。该植物消毒剂对小鼠急性经口LD50(5000 mg/kg.bw,属实际无毒类物质;该消毒剂原液对家兔皮肤有轻度刺激性,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验阴性。结论,该植物消毒剂具有一定的杀菌作用,属实际无毒类物质,对皮肤有轻度刺激性。In order to study the germicidal property and toxicity of a disinfectant containing natural plant active component, suspension quantitative germicidal test, field disinfection trial and animal toxicity test were used to carry out observation. Results： The average reduction factor （ loglo ） of Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the solution of this plant disinfectant containing lactic acid 73.6 g/L and plant essential oil 7 g/L for 15 rain was 〉5.00. The average reduction factor （ loglo ） of the natural bacteria on surface of table moistened by spraying of the stock solution of the disinfectant for 10 min was 1.85. The mouse acute oral LDso of the plant disinfectant was 〉 5000 mg/kg.bw, so it belongs to practically non - toxic substances. The stock solution of the disinfectant had mild imtating effect on rabbit skin and was negative in mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronuclens test. Conclusions： The plant disinfectant has certain germicidal action. It belongs to practically non - toxic substances and has mild imtating effect on skin.
