摘　　要：【目的】探讨螺旋CT扫描对乳腺癌的诊断价值。【方法】使用Picker5000全身螺旋CT机,对42例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的乳腺癌行CT平扫及增强扫描,对病灶较小者加作薄层扫描。【结果】(1)CT诊断率:42例乳腺癌CT诊断正确40例,诊断率为95.2%,2例误诊。(2)CT表现:①乳腺肿块,42例中CT显示肿块者38例,实性肿块36例,囊性肿块2例。肿块分叶有毛刺征者25例,增强扫描肿块明显强化者31例。4例未显示肿块者表现为乳腺实质结构紊乱,乳管扩张。②钙化,显示乳腺钙化者15例。③皮肤增厚及收缩10例。④腋窝或(和)内乳淋巴结肿大11例。【结论】CT扫描对乳腺癌的诊断,病灶范围的显示及腋窝内乳淋巴结转移的判断有着非常重要的价值。[Objective]To evaluate the use of spiral CT in diagnosis of breast cancer. [Methods]Using the Picker 5000 spiral CT , forty-two patients with breast cancer confirmed by pathology or puncture biopsy were undergone plain and enhancement CT, the small lesion was added thin scanning . [Results]（1）Among the forty-two patients, forty cases（95.2 % ） were diagnosed correctly. （2）CT features. 38 cases demonstrated masses on the CT imaging, 36 cases of them were solid masses and the other two were cystic masses, 25 cases with lobular and speculate boundary, 31 cases with great enhancement, 4 cases without masses showed breast substantive structure disorder and breast tube dilatation. Thirty one cases showed calcification, 10 cases with skin thickness and contraction,Axillary and medial breast lymph nodes enlarged in 11 patients. [Conclusion]Spiral CT has very important value in diagnosis and location of breast cancer as well as in demonstration of axillary lymph node metastasis.
