不同脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价不同脱敏药物对牙本质敏感症的治疗效果。方法:将180颗牙本质过敏症的牙齿随机分成3组,分别采用极固宁TM、75%氟化钠甘油和氨硝酸银溶液进行脱敏治疗,进行近、远期有效率比较。结果:极固宁TM、75%氟化钠甘油组间近期有效率差异无显著性,氨硝酸银溶液组与前2组差异有显著性;极固宁TM远期有效率优于其它两组。结论:极固宁TM治疗牙齿敏感症临床使用效果较好,副作用小,是目前理想的脱敏剂。Objective： This study is to compare the clinical effect of three different desensitive regents： Green Or^TM, NaF and Ag（NO3）2NH4. Methods： 180 patients attending our dental department were randomly divided into three groups. Each group was treated by Green Or^TM, NaF or Ag（NO3）2NH4 respectively to compare their desensitizing effect after 1 month, six months period of observation. Results： The desensitive effect of three methods were significantly different. Superior desensitive results were observed in Green Or^TM treatment group followed by NaF and Ag （NO3）2NH4 treatment group. Conclusion： The results suggest that all the three desensitizers have certain desensitive effect clinically, the Green Or^TM has a better prolonged effect than NaF and Ag（NO3）2NH4 and suggest to be used clinically.
