摘　　要：目的:探索儿科护理继续教育之路,培养儿科护理高级技术骨干。方法:试行查房护师制,已完成住院总护师规范化培训的高年资护师或主管护师,通过与医师共同查房,了解病人病情,找出护理问题,制定相应的护理措施并组织实施,检查护理记录书写质量并进行护理教学及查房指导等。结果:通过查房护师制的实施,在培养儿科护理专业高级技术骨干,提高护理质量,保持医护诊疗记录的一致,建立良好的护患关系,减少医疗纠纷等方面收到了较好的效果。Objective：To explore the way of continuing education for paediatric nurses, and to train the advanced talents of paediatric nursing cadremen. Methods： Try to practice the system of senior nurse ward-round, the nurses who had been passed the training of the chief hospital nurse or the senior nurse can take part in it. They make the rounds of the wards with the doctors together, try to knowthe conditions of the patients, to find out the problems of nursing and resolve it, to check how well the nursing medical record had been writing, and to teach the nurses. Result： After practicing the system of senior nurse ward-round, the talents of paediatric nurses had been advanced, and the nursing quantity had been increased, nursing record had been kept up with the curing consistently, and good relationship between nurses and patients had been kept, so the medical dispute were reduced.
