长冠基牙覆盖总义齿的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察长冠基牙覆盖总义齿的临床应用效果。方法:选择适宜患者,对保留的长冠基牙作牙体预备后行覆盖总义齿修复,与普通总义齿组进行咀嚼效率测试对比和问卷调查。6个月后对45个基牙进行复查。结果:覆盖义齿组的咀嚼效率为72.4±18.6(x±s,%)明显大于普通总义齿组(52.2±14.6,P<0.01)。问卷调查显示覆盖义齿组固位程度和咀嚼力的优良率(80%;90%)高于对照组(40%;60%)。基牙的牙体和牙周状况维持良好,2颗基牙根周膜增宽。4颗牙龈指数升高。结论:长冠基牙覆盖总义齿修复效果优于普通总义齿。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of complete overdenture with long crown abutments. Methods： After the preparation of reserved long crown abutments, patients with dentition defect were with complete over denture. Masticatory efficiency and fouowup questionain were investigated and compared between overdentwe and common complete donture. 45 abutments were checked in 6 months. Results： Masticatory efficiency of overdenture group （72.4± 18.6） was superior to common complete denture group （52.2± 14.6, P 〈0.01）.The retention and mastication function of overdenture group （80%; 90%） were better than that of the control group （40%; 60%）. Though periodontal membrance widened in 2 abutments and gingival index raised in 4 abutments, The coronal and periodontal condition of abutments were kept well. Conclusion： Complete overdenture with long crown abutments is superior to common complete denture in clinical effect.
