全口义齿闭口式印模的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:用操作简单、易掌握的闭口主动性印模法取得总义齿精确终印模。方法:用托牙基底板加自凝牙托粉作托基托,用蜡作牙合堤,确定好颌位关系后,在牙尖交错位让病人做主动的闭口功能性咀嚼压力印模,获得精确的总义齿终印。结果:用闭口印模制作的总义齿,提高了义齿基托边缘形态学的适合度,固位力明显提高,很少发生黏膜压痛。结论:闭口印模简单易学、操作误差较小,表现了功能状态下的黏膜形态,符合无牙颌黏膜受力情况,是真正的功能性印模。Objective： To make accurate impression for complete denture using simple close mouth impression technique. Methods： The occlusal bite plate was fabricated with shellac base combined with self-cured resin and the jaws relation record was made. The functional close mouth impression was made at intercuspal position. Results： The marginal fit of denture base and the retention of complete denture were improved greatly with this method. Ache in soft tissue was seldom observed after denture placement. Conclusion： Close mouth impression technique is simple and easy for dentist to grasp. The mucosal configuration under functional loading was recorded accurately, which represented the true functional impression.
