中国含神经酸植物开发利用研究

摘　　要：概述了神经酸的重要作用和从植物中发掘神经酸的必要性。对中国含神经酸植物进行了系统检索,从974种油脂植物中,确定有利用价值、神经酸含量在2%以上的木本植物10种、草本植物5种。检索表明,中国含神经酸植物种类很少,是值得重视发展和利用的宝贵资源。浙江大学神经酸项目研究中心从中国特有的木本植物中提制神经酸获得成功,受到国际科学家的高度评价,从植物中发掘神经酸是一条可持续发展之路。The importance of nervonic acid （NA） and the necessity of exploitation it from plant were summarized. By systematical researching 5 herbs and 10 wood-plants, in which nervonic acid content is over 2%, were determined in 974 kinds of oil plants in China. The plants containing nervanic acid is scarce in the nation, and they are precious resource. The research center of nervonic acid programme in Zhejiang University has successfully extracted nervonic acid from China peculiar wood-plant, which is highly appraised by international scientists. The exploitation of nervonic acid from the plant is a sustainable development way.
