摘 要:设计并制作了5个不同几何特征参数和构型的皱褶芯材夹层板试验件,采用混响室-消声室法进行了标准隔声试验。通过对比试验,分析了褶皱芯材夹层板的隔声性能的基本规律,给出了隔声性能与其特征参数及构型之间的基本关系。试验结果表明:复合材料皱褶芯材夹层板的隔声性能随高度和面密度的增加而提高;复合材料皱褶芯材夹层板的隔声性能不完全服从质量定律;重量相同时,板的构型对其隔声性能有很大影响;在低、高频段,双层芯材垂直叠放夹层板的隔声性能比单层芯材夹层板好。In order to investigate the soundproof characteristic of sandwich plates with folded core, 5 specimens of differen dimensions or different structures were designed and manufactured. The experiments of soundproof property were carried out in the reverberation chamber-anechoic chamber, and then the relationships between the soundproof property and the parameters of the specimens were analyzed. The experimental results show that the soundproof property improved with an increase in the height and density of the specimens, but they do not obey the mass law, that the type of the folded core plays an important role in the soundproof, especially in the low frequency range; and that the type of double layers of the sandwich has better soundproof property than that of monolayer with the same density.
