番茄红素测量方法的改进

摘　　要：利用一种抽提装置建立了一种快速测定番茄红素的方法,并与国家标准方法(番茄红素测定方法:GB14215-93)进行了比较。结果表明,与国家标准方法相比,该法测量结果偏高,重复性较好,同时既加快了检验速度,又减少了试剂对试验环境的污染。A rapid method based on the GB14215-93 is set up, using a kind of abstracting equipment to measure the lycopene in tomato products. Comparing with The GB14215-93, this method needs less time and gets a little higher result, but has a better repeatability, at same time, it can also decrease the pollution of reagent to the laboratory environment.
