摘　　要：针对影响设备故障因素多的特点,选用时间序列分析的方法建模。以设备故障停机时间为研究对象,建立时间序列分析ARMA模型,预测设备的故障停机时间,为企业制定合理的维修计划、实行设备预知维修提供有效的决策信息。采用某钢铁集团冷轧厂联合机组的设备监测数据建模并进行验证。According to features of device failure, the method of time series analysis is modeled.. The model predicts the stop - time of device failure and supplies the information for the management and maintenance of device. So the enterprise can make a reasonable plan to maintenance the device and carry out the predict maintenance. The prediction method is verified with actual time of the stop - time of the combination mill of the cool roll in some steel and iron company group.
