摘　　要：分析现有离线数据采集器存在的问题,设计了一个以ARM为核心的集数据采集,数据处理．大容量数据存储和USB数据通信等功能干一体的多通道离线数据采集器。阐述了系统中央处理器S3C44BOX及A／D转换芯片MAX197特点,给出了系统主要外围接口设计,系统软件设计框架。An offline data acquisition system is structured after analyzing the problem in the existent offline data acquisition system. This system applies embedded system based on ARM and has the function of data acquisition, data processing, big content of data memory, data transfer based USB bus and so on. The features of S3C44B0X and MAX186 are described in detail. The principle of system and the design of the main peripheral interface and the frame of software design are given.
