大别山北麓梅山群的含义区域对比及时代归属

摘　　要：梅山群为一套浅变质岩系，分布于大别山北麓安徽省金寨县—河南省商城县一带。据１∶５万区调新资料，讨论了梅山群的含义、岩石组合、变质变形、区域对比、时代归属等方面的一些看法。认为梅山群不同于佛子岭群和石炭系，岩石组合、变质变形特征上存在着明显差异。梅山群是位于佛子岭群之下逆掩于石炭系之上的构造岩片。据区域对比分析。The Meishan Group is represented by a low grade metamorphic series.It is distributed in an area from Jinzhai of Anhui to Shangcheng of Henan,at the northern foot of the Dabie Mountains.On the basis of 1∶50000 regional surveys, the authors discuss the connotation,rock association,metamorphism and deformation,regional correlation and age assignment of the Meishan Group.It is considered that the Meishan Group is notably different from the Foziling Group and the Carboniferous in respect of rock association and features of metamorphism and deformation.From a regional correlation,the protoliths of the Meishan Group were formed in the Early Paleozoic.The Meishan Group is a tectonic slice lying underneath the Foziling Group and thrust over the Carboniferous.
