摘 要:比较了各种单一提取法和由单一提取法组成的几种组合提取法对茶树菇多糖的提取效果。实验表明,单一提取法中,碱浸提法最佳,40 g/L NaOH浸提液提取的粗、纯多糖得率高达15.99%和4.18%;组合浸提法中,依次使用“热水浸提法和碱浸提法”的组合浸提法得到的粗、纯多糖较高,分别为17.79%和4.20%,且其浸提时间较短,为理想的浸提方法。The efficiency of extraction of polysaccharides from Agrocybe aegerita are compared in the single extraction method and the combination of several single extraction methods. The data shows that in the single extraction method the alkali method is the best,and the extraction rate of crude and pure polysaccharides rate can reach 15. 99% and 4.18% by using a solution of NaOH with 40g/L consistence; in the combination methods,the combination of hot water method and alkali method in succession can get more crude and pure polysaccharides. The result show that the highest extraction rate of crude and pure polysaccharides rate is 17.79% and 4.20% respectively, moreover,the combination of it cost less time than other methods. Therefore, the combination of hot water method and alkali method is an ideal method for the polysaccharides of Agrocybe aegerita.
