摘  要:目的观察骨形成蛋白缓释生物膜在活髓保存治疗中的效果。方法以聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)为缓释载体,骨形成蛋白(bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)为主药,并添加适量的甲硝唑制成膜(实验组)。与成品氢氧化钙糊剂(对照组),分别用于盖髓术,观察其疗效。结果应用BMP缓释生物膜经过1、3、6个月的组织学及X线片检查,可见1个月时牙本质桥形成,6个月时,临床治愈率达97.05%,而氢氧化钙糊剂的治愈率是92.86%,但无统计意义。结论BMP缓释生物膜盖髓的临床效果不低于氢氧化钙。而且操作简便、快捷,可为新一代生物盖髓剂的开发运用打下基础。Objective To observe the effect of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) sustained release biofilms in the live-marrow conservation cure. Methods A film was gained in the test group by adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the carrler,bone morphngenetic protein (BMP) as the main drug and plus proper Metronidazule, a calcium hydroxid paste was applied to the control group,both were used in pulp capping,and then the effect was observed. Results Histological checking and X-ray film checking were made 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after the application of bone morphogenetic protein sustained release biofilms, dentin bridge was fromed in 1 month, the curative rate reached 97.05 % in the 6th month. The curative rate of calcium hydroxid paste was 92.86%, having no statistical significance. Conclusions The curative effect of BMP sustained release biofilms is better than that of calcium hydroxid paste ; the BMP sustained release biofilms would be the leader of new-stale medicament of pulp capping as it is simple in handling and with prompt curative effect.
