兰索拉唑促进溃疡愈合抑制幽门螺杆菌生长的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：比较北京怀信公司和成都华西药化公司提供的兰索拉唑和奥美拉唑、泰胃美、羟氨苄青霉素和德诺对大鼠慢性胃溃疡愈合或对离体ＨＰ中长的作用。方法：胃溃疡的产生是通过浆膜面局部应用５０％醋酸持续６０ｓ。大鼠用上述药物或生理盐水（对照组）治疗，第１１ｄ或２１ｄ检查溃疡面积。用离体方法培养ＨＰ。结果：在兰索拉唑组（５．４±２．２ｍｍ２）、奥美拉唑组（６．１±３．９ｍｍ２）和泰胃美（６．９±４．１ｍｍ２）等治疗组溃疡指数明显小于对照组（８．８±２．１ｍｍ２）（ｐ＜０．０１或ｐ＜０．０５），但兰索拉唑和奥美拉唑组间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．上述药物除泰胃美外均抑制ＨＰ的生长，但抑制程度不同。兰索拉唑组（１２．５ｍｇ／Ｌ）为“０”，奥美拉唑组（２．５ｍｇ／Ｌ）为“＋＋”，羟氨苄青霉素（１２０．０ｍｇ／Ｌ）不“０”，德诺（１２０．０ｍｇ／Ｌ）为“＋”，泰胃美没有抑制作用。结论：在促进溃疡愈合和抑制ＨＰ生长方面，兰索拉唑的作用强于奥美拉唑和泰胃美。Objective. We compared the effects of lansoprazole (supplied by Beijing Hui Xin Medical Company) with that of omeprazole. tagamet. amoxycillin and De-Nol on chronic gastric ulcer bealing in rats and on the growth of HP in vitro. Metbods: Gastric ulcer was induced by focal serosal tpplication of 50%acetic acid for 60 seconds in Wistar rats. They were the treated with the above drugs or saline(as control) for 11 or 21 davs. The area of ulcer was measured by plnimeter. HP was cultured in vit-ro. Results: The ulcer index in the lansoprazole(5.4+2. 2 mm￣2).omeprazole ( 6.1+3. 9 mm￣2) and tagamet(6. 9+4.1mm￣2)treatd group was slgnificantly smaller than that in the control group(8.8+2. 1mm￣2)(P<0. 01 or P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the lansoprazole group and the omeprazole group(P>0. 05). All of the drugs tested except tagamet inhibited HP growth. but the extent of inhibit was different. For lansoprazole( 12. 5 mg/L). the HP growth was ″0″. for omeprazole(12. 5 mg/L).″++″. for amoxycillin( 120 mg/L),″0″and for De Nol( 120 mg/L). ″+″. Tagmet did not show any anti-HP effect. healling and inhibiting growth of HP in vitro was better than that of omeprazole and tagmet.
