摘　　要：在原有单船综合监控系统的基础上,结合最新的Inmarsat-Fleet77海事卫星通信系统,运用先进的.NET框架、ASP.NET Web编程技术、GDI+图形编程技术,设计和开发了一种具备Web功能的船岸综合监控系统,在实船上已得到成功应用。On the basis of the original integrated control and monitoring system for single ship, combining with Inmarsat-Fleet77 communication system, applying the advanced. NET framework, ASP. NET Web program technology and GDI ＋ graphic programming technique, this paper designed and developed a ship-shore integrated control and monitoring system. This system is practically applied to a patrol ship.
