摘　　要：企业的组织结构没有优劣之分,只有适合与否之别,组织结构模式随组织任务和组织所处的经济环境变化而变化,恰当的组织结构对于实现组织目标至关重要。传统的以任务为核心的组织结构由于受环境的影响,已无法适应竞争现状,企业必须重新调整组织结构设计理念,建立适应环境、面向市场的组织结构,营造或维持竞争优势。In the organizational structure of the enterprise there is no the difference of the good and the bad, and only the difference of the adaptable and the inadaptable. The organizational structure model will vary along with the variety of organization＇ s mission and surroundings, the proper organizational structure is very important for realizing the targets of the organization. The traditional organizational structure based on the mission can＇t adapt it to the competitive situation because of the influence of the environment. The enterprises must readjust their design concept of the organizational structure, and establish such an organizational structure to fit in with the surroundings and face the market for building and maintaining the competitive superiorities.
