摘　　要：目的探讨外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)的人端粒酶反转录酶(hTERT)基因的表达水平对于老年肺癌的诊断意义.方法采用RT-PCR定量检测20例老年肺癌患者及10例正常老年人外周血单个核细胞的hTERT的基因表达水平.结果老年肺癌患者hTERTmRNA的水平明显高于正常对照组(0.927±0.115vs0.408±0.124,P<0.001).与病理类型与临床分期无相关性.结论定量测定PBMCs的hTERTmR-NA的表达水平是诊断不适合其他检查的老年肺癌患者的有效方法.AIM： To investigate the significance of the expression levels of human telomerase reverse transcriptase （hTERT） gene in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of lung cancer in elderly patients. METHODS： The expression levels of hTERT were detected in 20 elderly patients with lung cancer and 10 normal elderly subjects by quantitative measurement with RT- PCR. RESULTS： The expression levels of hTERT mRNA in the lung cancer patients （0. 927 ± 0. 115 ） were significantly higher than those in normal subjects （0. 408 ± 0. 124, P 〈 0. 001 ）, without significant correlation with pathological types and clinical stages. CONCLUSION： The quantitative measurement with RT- PCR for the expression levels of hTERT mRNA is an effective method in the diagnosis of lung cancer in patients who are not fit for other examinations.
