彩色多普勒超声对高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声评价高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的初步疗效及其安全性。方法选择有保留子宫要求的肌瘤患者,用设定的功率和能量的高强度聚焦超声对每个肌瘤进行治疗,三个月后用彩超进行检测。结果14例患者的16个肌瘤接受了高强度聚焦超声治疗,治疗后患者子宫及肌瘤体积明显缩小,肌瘤内部回声增强,周边及内部血流明显减少或消失,临床症状改善明显。统计结果显示,显效率62.5%,有效31.2%,无效6.3%,总有效率93.7%。结论彩色多普勒超声是观察和检测高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的有效方法之一。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） in treating uterine leiomyoma with color Doppler imaging （CDI）. Methods Patients with symptomatic leiomyoma were enrolled in our study. Every uterine leiomyoma was treated by HIFU with specified power, and CDI was used to examine the treatment response three months later. Results Totally, 14 cases with 16 leiomyomas underwent HIFU treatment. After therapy,size of the uterus and leiomyoma decreased markedly, the echogenicity of leiomyoma enhanced, color flow signals in leiomyomas diminished or disappeared, along with the improvement of clinical symptoms. The statistical resuits showed the effectiveness 62.5%, improvement 31.2%, and failure 6.3%. The total improved ratio was 93.7%. Conclusions CDI is one of the effective methods in examination of leiomyoma treating with HIFU.
