摘 要:目的:介绍近几年来对趋化因子以及家族参与中枢神经系统的多种功能及其作用的最新研究成果。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1990-01/2005-04期间的相关文章,检索词“chemotacticfactororchemokinesorchemotacticcytokine”,并限定文章语言种类为English。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取研究趋化因子家族的文献,然后筛除明显与中枢神经系统无关的研究,对剩余的文献开始查找全文。纳入标准:①有明确提出趋化因子家族中成员在中枢神经系统发育中的作用。②有明确提出趋化因子家族中成员在中枢神经系统再生中的作用。③有明确提出趋化因子家族中成员在中枢神经系统损伤中的作用。排除标准:①趋化因子家族成员在非中枢神经系统中的作用。②重复研究。资料提炼:共收集到相关文献4984篇,按上述标准纳入17篇,其余文献均被排除。资料综合:17篇文章分别介绍了趋化因子家族成员及其受体的组成及其结构;趋化因子家族成员及其受体与中枢神经系统发育的关系;介绍了趋化因子家族成员及其受体参与了中枢神经系统的细胞信号传导通路;研究了趋化因子家族成员及其受体在脊髓损伤中的可能作用。结论:趋化因子是一类控制细胞定向迁移的细胞因子,其功能行使由趋化因子受体介导。趋化因子家族可能对神经系统的发育和损伤的调控起主导作用。OBJECTIVE: To introduce the newest study results of various functions and the effects of chemotactic factor and its family in the central nervous system. DATA SOURCES: Related articles published between January 1990 and April 2005 were computer-searched for in Medline, with the key words of "chemotactic factor or chemokines or chemotactic cytokine"in English. STUDY SELECTION: The literatures were selected primarily. Literatures about chemotactic cytokines family were chosen, and those were obviously unrelated to central nervous system were excluded. The full-text of the rest were searched. Inclusive criteria: ①Raise the function of chemotactic cytokines in the development of central nervous system; ② Raise the function of chemotactic cytokine in the regeneration of central nervous system;③ Raise the function of chemotactic cytokine in the injury of central nervous system. Exclusive criteria:①Effect of chemotactic cytokine family member in the non-central nervous system ; ②repeated studies. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 17 were extracted from 4 984 related articles according to the standard as above, and the other literatures were all excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS: Seventeen articles are about chemotactic cytokine family member and the constitution and structure of their receptors, the function of chemotactic cytokines and their receptors in the development of central nervous system, chemotactic cytokine family members and their receptor participating in the cell signal pathway in the central nervous system, as well as the possible effect of chemotactic cytokine family members and their receptors on the spinal injury in the central nervous system. CONCLUSION: Chemokines are chemotactic cytokines that control cellular directed migration, conducting their functions via chemokine receptors. Chemotactic cytokine family might mainly regulate the develop.ment and injury of nerve system.
