摘  要:【目的】探讨黄精多糖对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。【方法】将48只SD大鼠随机等分成假手术组(A组),局灶性脑缺血再灌注组(B组),黄精多糖组(C组),甘露醇组(D组)4组。采用末端标记法及硝酸还原酶法分别检测各组大鼠脑组织神经细胞凋亡数目及一氧化氮(NO)含量。【结果】大鼠脑组织神经细胞凋亡数及NO含量:B组显著高于A、C、D组(P<0.05~0.01),C、D组相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。【结论】黄精多糖可通过降低缺血再灌注后脑组织NO含量和减少神经细胞凋亡而发挥脑保护作用。[Objective]To study neuroprotective mechanisms of Polygona-Polysaccharose in treatment of ischemic reperfusion injury in rats. [Methods]Forty-eighty SD rats were divided into four groups randomly (Group A: sham-operated group; Group B: ischemie reperfusion injury model group; Group C: Polygona-Polysaccharose group: Group D: Mannitol Group). Both TUNEL and nitrate reductase methods were respectively used to measure apoptotic neurons and NO content in the brains. [Results]Apoptotic neurons and NO content were significantly higher in group B than those in group A,C,D( P 〈0.05) ,apoptotie neurons and NO content were Similar in group C and D ( P 〉0. 05). [Conelusion]Polygona-Polysaccharose may provide neuroprotective effects on ischemic reperfusion injury by decreasing content of NO and reducing neural apoptosis in rats.
