摘  要:采用ZORBAXSB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,体积比为38%的乙腈和62%的水为流动相,紫外306nm波长处检测,白藜芦醇的保留时间约为4.3min,平均回收率为98.33%,检出限为5μg/L。测得八种国产葡萄酒和两种葡萄汁中白藜芦醇的质量浓度在0.022~4.129mg/L范围内。A ZORBAX SB-C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)eolumn was employed as stationary phase while mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (38:62). The UV detection wavelength was 306nm. The retention time of resveratrol was about 4.3min, the value of recovery was 98.33%, the limit of detection was 5μg/L. Among 8 kinds of domestic wine and 2 kinds of grape juice, the concentration of resveratrol ranged from 0.022 to 4.129 mg/L.
