猪肌肉生长抑制素基因5′-调控区的突变与生产性能的相关分析

摘　　要：生长性状是猪育种中选择的主要目标性状之一。研究影响生长速度的基因或QTL具有重要的实践意义和理论价值。运用PCR-SSCP技术对猪肌肉生长抑制素基因(myostatin)5′-调控区的突变与部分生产性能(初生重和断奶重)的关系进行了分析。结果表明:MSTN基因型对初生重影响显著,对断奶重影响不显著。Growth traits is one of the important objective traits in breeding. This study was aimed to analyze the relationship of the mutation with the growth traits which including weight at birth（WB） and weaning weight（WW） by PCR-SSCP in swine. The results showed that excluding interaction between genetypes and breeds, variation of MSTN with WB and WW were evaluated by General Linear Model of SPSS 10.0 software package, which showed a significant difference for WB and a non-significant difference for WW.
