沙门氏菌常见H抗原特异相的PCR快速检测

摘　　要：运用PCR技术检测沙门氏菌常见的H抗原特异相,甲型副伤寒、猪霍乱、鼠伤寒等常见危害人和动物的沙门氏菌因H抗原差异而分别获得特异性扩增。此技术具有快速简便、敏感性高和特异性强等优点,值得在对常见危害人和动物的沙门氏菌的快速检测中推广应用。In this article we detected specific primers of Special phase of H antigen of Salmonella. S. paratyphi A, S. choleraesuis, S. typhimurium et al were accurately identified by the specific amplification products. The result showed that PCR is a kind of rapid, sensitive and high specificity method to detect Salmonella, which can be well popularized in detection for familiar Salmonella samples.
