摘　　要：目的探讨二乙酰二脱水卫矛醇(DADAG)诱导小鼠白血病L1210细胞凋亡。方法MTT法观察DADAG对L1210细胞的增殖抑制作用;流式细胞仪和透射电镜检测细胞凋亡。结果DADAG抑制L1210细胞的增殖且呈剂量依赖性;透射电镜发现DADAG50.0 mg.L-1作用24 h后,靶细胞出现固缩、染色质边集;给药12.0、17.2、24.5、35.0和50.0 mg.L-124 h后,流式细胞术周期分析结果显示,各处理组均出现凋亡峰。结论DADAG抑制白血病L1210细胞增殖并诱导其凋亡。Objective To observe the apoptosis of leukemia L1210 cells in mouse induced by diacetyldianhydrogalactitol （DADAG）.Methods The inhibition of L1210 cells proliferation was observed by MTT assay;The apoptosis in L1210 ceils was identified by dectron micrcsocopy and flow cytometer. Results DADAG inhibited the proliferation of L1210 ceils in a concentration dependent manner. After effecting of DADAG 50.0 mg·L^-1 on L1210 ceils for 24 h, it was observed that the target ceils began to shrink and the chromatin began to gather aside through dectron rainy. Apototic peaks were detected in the cycle analysis by flow cytometry When DADAG was used for 24 h at the concentration of 12.0,17.2,24.5,35.0 and 50.0 mg·L^-1 .Conclusion DADAG inhibited the proliferation and induced apoptcsis of L1210 ceils in leukaemia.
