摘　　要：济钢的软部资源包括文化、信息、知识、艺术等,硬部资源包括装备、资源、物流及水电等配套系统,在工业化时代,硬部资源占绝对的主导地位,随着行业生命周期等条件的变化,软部资源的地位越来越突出,济钢要逐步发展成为一个后现代企业,必须充分发挥软部资源的作用,确保长盛不衰。Soft resources include culture, information, knowledge, art, etc. Hard resources consist of equipment, resources, logistics, water, electricity and other matching facilities. In industrialization era, hard resources occupy dominant position but with the changes of the industry lifecycle and other conditions, soft resources will play a more and more important role. If Jigang wants to be a post modern enterprise step by step, she will have to give a full play to the soft resources to make Jigang energetic.
