摘　　要：培养高校女大学生的体育兴趣,激发其内在动因,使其养成锻炼习惯和终身体育的思想,这是高校公共体育教学中必须面对和解决的问题之一.本文结合女大学生的生理和心理特点,从技能知识的传授、思想教育等方面着手,分析阐述了如何在高校公共体育教育过程中培养女大学生的体育兴趣.To develop female students＇ interests in sports and inspire their inner motivation, or make them form a good habit in doing exercise and in a whole-life sports＇ conception, is one of the problems we has to face and solve in the public P E course in universities. Combining psychological with physiological feature of female students, we analyzed how to develop female students in sports＇ exercise on process of public PH. E course in universities by teaching sports＇ skills and mental education and so on.
